From the heart of Shirabad to the heart of global markets
Roch is a socio-cultural brand that was born in 2014 from the heart of the Shirabad region of Zahedan, where hidden artistic potential and rich indigenous culture inspired the launch of a different path to revive Baloch embroidery and empower local women.
In the early years, Roch focused on training the local team, gaining a deep understanding of the lifestyle of women in the region, and creating a motivating work environment. With the help of local companions and a psychologist, Roach tried to improve not only product production, but also the intellectual and motivational structure of women. Initially, the products produced were far from the market in terms of quality, color, and raw material; but with the arrival of a specialized team from Tehran, the path of technical training, quality improvement, and design tailored to market tastes began.
The turning point of the brand was the initial purchase of products and their distribution to charities across the country, which was done with the aim of creating motivation and self-confidence in women. Gradually and with continuous specialized training, Roach entered the professional production space and continued to collaborate with prestigious galleries in Tehran and participate in domestic and international exhibitions.
Roch’s products are now exported to various countries such as the United States, Germany, Africa, Australia, Mexico and Qatar. Roach also has the honor of collaborating with well-known figures such as Setareh Eskandari, Sepideh Jandaghi, Hana Kamkar and Mehran Ghazanfari.

• Designing the official uniform of the oil company team to attend the Dubai Expo
• Designing Nowruz and cultural gifts for large companies in the stock exchange and petrochemical fields
• Attending international exhibitions in Kenya and Qatar with the official invitation of embassies
• Selected as one of the top 255 artists in the SAFPEM 2025 book
• Receiving first place in product quality from the Hiva Qatar collection
During the Iran-Mexico Cultural Summit (Bahrain 1400), Roche products represented Iran and were widely welcomed in that country.

Roach is more than just a clothing and accessory brand. We focus on cultural development, empowering women in underprivileged areas, and improving the quality of family life. Our actions include:
• Pursuing the issue of official identity and obtaining birth certificates for women
• Promoting a culture of education, healthy marriage, and improving lifestyle
• Teaching financial literacy, communication skills, and improving clothing taste
Despite overcoming many challenges during more than a decade of activity, Roach has been able to become a successful model of sustainable cultural and social branding without receiving any financial or government support (due to the fact that many of its employees do not have birth certificates).
